         Sabieng Thai cooking school is located in the heart of Bangkok, Sukhumvit 22, within walking distance to public transport links, such as BTS Skytrain and MRT Subway, and easy to access from any part of Bangkok

         We’re the expert in Thai cuisine and focused entirely on creating the highest standards of Thai culinary and also aims to support bringing Thai food to the world. Our core objective is to teach theoretical and practical cookery skills in a relaxing and stress-free environment, whilst ensuring our students are able to prepare an authentic Thai meal and are confident in cooking Thai food for their family and friends when they get back home

THAI CUISINE

A typical Thai meal includes six flavors: salty, sweet, sour, bitter, and umami. Indeed, it includes sensation of spicy (Pungency). The most Thai dishes are not considered satisfying unless they combine all six flavors. While the seasoning can be spicy for a foreign palate, Thai food ensures that a balance of all flavors is present.

         The courses shall be instructed by professional cooking instructor from the third generation in Culinary Arts and food preparation family with a large amount of relevant and several years of experience and the instructor has participated in several well-known global culinary experiences such as with Michelin starred restaurant as well as having the opportunity to develop recipes with the person who was granted the title of Master Chef Thailand

         Moreover, our instructors are kept to educate food and culinary arts skills under the direction of Thai-style cuisines that brings to the table combination of traditional knowledge and culture as well as contemporary methods applicable to everybody. Our educational institution is eager to impart the extensive knowledge and skills that we possess so that you may apply them at home
