Well run, friendly and you get to eat your own food. A trip to the market to start with, then a Tuk Tuk ride to the venue for the class itself. No rush, no pressure, just good instructions for everyone to follow and we left educated and with full bellies. Amazing experience. I had Pim as the instructor and she clearly really loves what she does. The food was incredibly delicious and the cooking was very informative and educational. You can tell she has skills and is very knowledgeable about her craft. This experience is all of the fun stuff about cooking! They help you prep, get the ingredients, help with plating, and they handle all of the cleaning. Pim was a fantastic host, we had lots of laughs, learnt lots on our tour through the market, Pim gave excellent directions through the class - easy to follow and feel like a pro!
